Print mail house to Communication Powerhouse
Datam (formerly known as Datamail) began as a traditional mail house in 1988 through the acquisition of existing Wellington and Auckland based mail houses.
Acquired by NZ Post in 1992, the business focused primarily on bulk mail data processing and address labelling services before evolving into a broader design and production house in the late 90’s.
Datam’s services (design, print, and mail) was complemented with an archive solution – enabling customers easy access to historic communications and a total end-to-end communication solution.
In 2006, Datam acquired Kinetic 121 and expanded its solutions to include direct marketing services.
In 2011 Datam began delivering email communications to complement the existing print and archive services, expanding into a fully integrated communication suite.
Today, Datam continues to increase its suite of services and solutions and remains firmly focused on what we do best – enabling secure communications so our customers can grow trusted connections.
